Hi, I’m Wolfie! I’m a sweet 1–2-year-old Poodle mix weighing about 22 pounds, and if you’re looking for a calm, loving best friend, I just might be your perfect match.

My favorite things are simple: long walks, cozy naps, belly rubs, and being close to my people. I’m happiest when I can follow my humans from room to room, then stretch out beside them (or on my comfy dog bed or a cool floor) for a well-earned snooze. When I get really excited, you’ll know because my little “happy feet” start dancing!

I enjoy playing with my foster dog sibling and get along wonderfully with other dogs. I’ve even met a cat and didn’t think much of it. I’d be happy as your one-and-only pup or with a friendly canine companion. I’m playful outside, especially if there’s a ball involved, but once I’ve gotten my zoomies out, I’m all about relaxing and snuggling.

I have wonderful leash manners and love our evening walks. I’m also a quiet houseguest, sleep peacefully through the night in my crate or curled up near my people, and ride great in the car. I’ve learned to use a doggy door, so I may just need a little time to learn your potty routine if your home is different.

Everyone I’ve met has been a friend. I greet visitors with a wagging tail and have never shown any aggression. Loud or fast-moving young children can make me a little nervous, so I’d do best in a calm home with children 8 years or older.

One funny little quirk—I sometimes like to carry around a slipper or sandal. Don’t worry, I don’t chew them; I’ve just figured out they’re a great way to get a little extra attention!
