Hi, I’m Willy. I’m a 15-pound black poodle mix, about two to three years old, and I might only have one eye, but trust me, I don’t miss a thing. I’m curious, cheerful, and always ready to be right by your side for whatever the day brings. Long walks are one of my greatest joys, and I walk like a little explorer who’s thrilled to see what’s next.

When I’m not out adventuring, I’m all about playtime. Fetch is a favorite, and I truly believe every toy deserves my full attention. I love having another dog around to play with and learn from, and I do best when I have a canine buddy nearby. I’m also a surprisingly great shopping companion and am perfectly happy sitting in the cart, soaking up attention from anyone who wants to say hello.

My mornings start with a happy wake-up, a quick potty break, and a very appreciated breakfast. After that, it’s straight into toys and fun. While my foster parents are at work, I relax in my crate and get a midday potty break to stretch my legs. Evenings are my favorite time of day, with a nice walk, followed by cuddles, kisses, and quality time with my people and my foster brother.

I’m almost fully potty trained and do really well with a consistent routine. Going outside after naps, crate time, and meals helps me stay on track, and with patience and encouragement, I’ll have it mastered soon. I already know how to sit and love showing it off for praise and treats, and I’m currently learning lay down. I’m eager to learn and truly enjoy training with someone who’s willing to guide me.

At night, I sleep soundly in my crate next to the bed. During the day, I can be a bit vocal if I’m separated and can’t see my dog buddy, because I’m happiest when I’m close to my people or another pup. I’m still learning polite play manners and working on not jumping or nipping, but I’m not aggressive at all, just a playful boy figuring things out. With continued training, redirection, and consistency, I’m making great progress.

I would thrive in an active home with a fenced yard, another dog sibling, and adults who are steady on their feet. I’m small, quick, and love being right underfoot, so low fall risk adults are important for everyone’s safety. If you’re looking for a loyal little shadow who’s full of personality, always up for an adventure, and happiest with companionship, I just might be your guy.
