My name is Willow, and I am a four-year-old female Poodle Mix weighing in at a cozy 50 pounds. I am the kind of girl who makes a house feel like a home just by being in it. If you have been searching for a calm and gentle companion, I just might be your perfect match.

I am honestly not much of a go-go-go kind of dog, and I think that is one of my best qualities. I am happiest when I can curl up on a soft bed with one of my beloved stuffy toys and drift off for a good nap. Relaxing beside my people is my idea of a perfect day. I may not be the dog who demands all the attention in the room, but I have a quiet way of sneaking right into your heart. All I really want is to feel safe, loved, and like I truly belong somewhere.

I am great with people and other dogs, and my gentle nature tends to win folks over pretty quickly. I know my basic commands, including sit, shake, and lay down, and I am especially eager to please when treats are involved. Walks are something I genuinely enjoy, and I handle them like a pro. After a nice walk, though, I am very ready to come home, find my favorite stuffy, and settle in for some quality rest time with my family.

I do have some separation anxiety, though I have made so much progress and I am truly blossoming with the right support. Being away from my people is the hardest part for me, but I am learning more and more each day that I am safe and loved. I am also working on crate training, and that is coming along well too. A patient family who can help me keep building my confidence would mean the whole world to me.
