Hi, I’m Willow! I came to DRR severely underweight and neglected, but I still had the kindest heart. I’m a 3-year-old female Standard Poodle and weigh 46 lbs. My hair is curly so  I don’t shed, but I need frequent brushing/grooming to prevent matting.

I love everyone I meet, but I’m still cautious with new people until I become comfortable - then I won’t leave your side. I’m my foster mom’s cute shadow! I like to play fetch in the backyard, go to the dog park, watch TV on the couch and go for car rides. Shot gun please! Cuddling is my absolute favorite thing, so I hope you’re ready for some snuggles! I do so well with children of all ages and doggies too!

My day starts whenever yours does. Whether we are sleeping in or up early - I’m ready. During the day you can find me hanging out with my fur foster brother. He’s older so we don’t play much, but we do get along great. I prefer to have most of the attention, but if I had a fur sibling, it wouldn’t bother me. Just remember, I need my daily dose of love and cuddles. At night, I prefer sleeping with my human, but I understand if my bed needs to be beside yours because of my size.

I’m crate trained and go in there sometimes, but I’m such a well behaved girl I don’t really need it. I’m learning to use a bell to tell you when it’s potty time. Basic commands are still a work in progress, but I do really well when you tell me to come. I’ve been known to counter surf, but I’m learning that’s a no-no. I still need to be reminded sometimes. I do great on a leash unless I decide I should walk in front of you.

- Active family - I love going places with you and frequent walks
- Yard or play area nearby
- A family willing to give me lots of attention and cuddles!
