Hi, I’m Wells, but my foster family calls me Boomer. I’m a goofy, lovable poodle mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality. I’m around 2–3 years old and close to 55 pounds, and I’ve been filling out nicely since I arrived a little underweight. Turns out good food and lots of love go a long way!

I’m the perfect mix of playful and laid-back. I love to run around and stretch my long legs, and I’d be thrilled to have a yard where I can really get my zoomies out. But once I’ve had my fun, I’m all about curling up for a good nap. I absolutely adore people and will happily soak up all the pets and attention you’re willing to give.

I’ve got what my foster family calls a “big bark,” especially when other dogs bark first, but don’t be fooled—I’m not a tough guy. It’s mostly just for show. Deep down, I’m a big teddy bear. I do have a silly mischievous side though, and I may occasionally sneak off with a kitchen towel or someone’s jacket if it’s left within reach.

I get along great with other dogs and love playing and napping with my smaller doodle friend. I’m also house-trained and I settle nicely on my bed, so I’m pretty easy to have around. I can do well in a crate too when my foster mom has to leave the house.

Most of all, I’m loyal and I love being close to my people. I’ll happily follow you from room to room and keep you company all day long. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who will bring both fun and snuggles into your life, I’m ready to find my forever home.

- Fenced in Yard
