Hi my name is Toyota but my foster family calls me Buddy! I’m an adorable Male Doodle with strong Australian Shepherd markings and colorations. I’m a neutered male, fully grown (approx. 3.5 yrs) and I tip the scales at 38 lbs.

I love to snuggle and I’m pretty chill overall. My foster brother is high energy but I’m decidedly more relaxed. I love to lay my head near my foster family and just relax and dog nap! I’m still a little timid around new people but I will open up as I get to know you.

I’m crate trained so I sleep quietly in the living room until my humans come out with my foster brother and we go outside to potty. We come inside to eat and drink then back outside to potty and play. I prefer to be close to my foster mom while she’s working. I lay quietly at her feet as she works from home. I welcome everyone back home as if i haven’t seen them in months! I’m excited to see my family and I will nuzzle them to let everyone know. I just push my nose against them with my herding instinct but I’m not threatening at all just my way of showing affection.

I’m still working on potty training and it’s best if I’m on a schedule. I’m great in my crate and around my family. I have two small dogs as foster siblings and I’m great with them as well but I like playing with my doodle brother sometimes.

- Work From Home Parent
- Patience for training
