Hi, my name is Toby! I am around 1.5 years old Male Poodle Mix, but I definitely act more mature than most one year old pups! I have the cutest curly hair and weigh about 50lbs.

I am a very chill boy who just wants to be with my people! Don’t get me wrong, I have fun playing with other dogs, but I’d really rather be lounging with my person. I don’t have that puppy energy anymore, so I’m pretty calm but I’ll get excited and bark when someone new comes over. I like to play with toys and I enjoy treats and, of course, lots of love.

I go with my foster mom’s flow, since I’m such a chill boy. I wake up around 6 with her, but lay around until 7 when I can greet the tiny humans, and eat breakfast then go out and play with my foster brother for about an hour. If we do a walk, it’s around 8. Then it’s nap all morning until I play some more around lunch. I’m really good at lounging all day while my foster mom does house chores and takes care of tiny humans. Then dinner at 6 and I go out to play some more until I’m done for the day around 8. I sleep on my foster parents’ bedroom floor (I won’t sleep in my dog bed!)

I’m still working on some basic household manners like leaving things alone in the kitchen, but my foster mom is teaching me “Go” and she has given me a rug just near the kitchen so I can still watch everything from my special spot. I’m also working on coming when called; but I like treats a lot, so I’ll come every time when I know you’ve got something for me!

- No Apartments or shared walls
- Fenced in Yard
- Patience for training
