My name is Tamara, and I am a two-year-old poodle mix who weighs a plump and adorable 21 pounds. I am a sweet girl who is just waiting to find her people and be loved.

I want nothing more than to be your very best friend. My favorite things in the world are snuggles and my people. I am more on the gentle and easygoing side. I do appreciate a good treat and a good brushing. I love being held like a baby, and when my people come home or let me out of my kennel in the morning, I get so happy that I zoom through the house like a round, furry little bullet.

My days are pretty wonderful and low-key. I wake up around six, run outside for my potty break, do a little sniffing around, and then come in for breakfast. After that I play with my dog siblings, and then spend most of the day lounging around and keeping an eye on things, including the occasional delivery person who absolutely needs to be barked at. Evenings are my favorite because that means dinner, more people at home, and plenty of cuddles and attention.

I am still figuring out leash walking. I tend to wander and stop to smell everything, and I might bark at other dogs or people we pass. The doggy door is also a mystery I have not quite solved yet, but I'm eager to please and learn!
