Hi, I’m Sushi! I’m one half of the adorable Soba/Sushi sisters, and at 16 weeks old, I’m already 12 lbs of pure fun. Most people say I look like a Westie/Poodle mix, but I think I’m just the cutest, no matter what!
My foster mom says I’m the sweetest, most fun-loving, and energetic pup she’s ever met. I love playing with my small foster siblings, though I get a little shy around the bigger ones at first—but don’t worry, I warm up with time! Treats are my absolute favorite, and I’m a fast learner when snacks are involved. I’ll show off my tricks if there’s a yummy reward waiting!
I have a routine, too. I eat twice a day—once in the morning and once in the evening—with some treats sprinkled in to keep me going. I wake up around 6:30-7:00 AM to do my morning business, and after that, I’m ready to zoom around with my toys. When my human brothers come home in the afternoon, I’m all geared up to play some more before dinner!
I thrive in a home with lots of space or a yard where I can run off all my puppy energy. I love being around small dogs, and I can’t get enough of fetch and chasing kids around the house! After all that fun, I’ll be the first to snuggle up for some cozy cuddles and hugs.
I’m looking for an active family with a dog sibling and a fenced yard. If you’re ready to help me with some basic training, I promise to give you all the love, kisses, and snuggles you could ever want!
ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active family with another dog: She needs a playful dog sibling to learn from and an active household for plenty of exercise and fun.
- Children over 6: Best with older kids who can match her energy and playfulness.
- Fenced yard: Space to run and burn off her puppy energy is essential.
- Flexible or work-from-home schedule: Necessary for crate, potty training, and managing separation anxiety.
- Patience for training: She’s working on potty habits and overcoming anxiety, so a patient family is key.
If you meet all of the requirements and live within 1,000 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, please apply at www.doodlerockrescue.org
