Stripe‘s Story

Hi, I’m Stripe! I’m a six month male Sheepadoodle that currently weighs 27 lbs. I am going to be a big boy and my foster mom tells me I am the most delicious snuggler she has ever met. My gorgeous soft non-shedding grey and black fur is nothing compared to my one of a kind nose. It is my signature mark!

I have a super sweet and gentle personality and I LOVE my two foster siblings along with the furball my humans call a cat. My playfulness and happy pounce really brings out the sheep in me. I love zoomie time in the yard, whether it’s chasing a ball, my foster bros or chasing a butterfly. Playing fetch is one of my best games and I am sold, when yummy rewards are involved, when it is time to learn new commands. Because I am so smart, I am always willing to learn new things.

I have a set routine of sleeping through the night then waking up around 6:30 in the morning to go outside, do my business, then breakfast!! After eating, it is playtime, then nap time for a while. I still eat lunch and after it is zoomie time before an afternoon nap. The same happens around dinnertime. I do love a surprise visit to the dog park, where I love all the dogs. As the evening comes, I like family playtime, snuggles, one more round of outside then I go to sleep for the night on my doggie bed.

I’m still working on counter-surfing. I am smart and always want to be a good boy, so I will learn to not be so curious about the counter.

I can’t wait to meet my forever family.
I am a loving snuggle bear with loads of kisses to give.
