Howdy! My name is Stevens Park, named after the golf club right here in Dallas. I'm a one-year-and-three-month-old sweetheart with a soft, feathery coat and an even softer heart. At about 25 pounds, I’m hoping to fill out a little more, but I’m already the perfect size for lap cuddles—which just so happens to be one of my favorite things. I gravitate to women more and absolutely adore my foster mom and love following her everywhere she goes. If she sits down, you can bet I’ll be right there in her lap. I'm still a bit nervous around my foster dad and bark at him when he comes in the room, but slowly i'm starting to warm up to him! Especially if he has treat or if my Mom is busy.

I thrive on companionship with my mom and would love a home with people around often or even some doggy siblings to keep me company. I have a blast running around the backyard, sniffing every interesting smell, and wrestling with my 40-pound foster sister. She can roll me right over in the grass, and honestly, I think it’s the best game ever. Inside the house, I like to start playtime by hopping around with my rope toy or teddy bear and surprising my dog sister into joining my shenanigans.

I’m a happy crate sleeper and snooze through the night as long as my crate is close to my foster mom. I do best with a routine and am doing very well with potty training when I stick to my schedule. I know my name, I’m learning to sit for treats, but i am not a super big fan of my leash. Luckily, I’m small enough that my foster mom can scoop me up and take me wherever we need to go. I’m a loving, playful little guy who just wants to be near my people and share all the cuddles, adventures, and laughter life has to offer. I can’t wait to find my forever family and become someone’s loyal best friend.
