Hello, I’m Sandy! I’m an absolute girly female adoradoodle who is 4-years-old. I weigh 13 pounds of fluffy sweetness, and my coat is wavy so I do shed lightly.

I have good manners and keep a low profile at first until I am comfortable. You see, I’m a big scaredy cat and don’t venture far from my fur foster sibling. I will go into different rooms and need to have a safe place where I feel comfortable. Sometimes you may need to coax me. When someone comes into the house it will take me a bit to calm down - patience is key! Overall I am so sweet and will steal your heart!

I wake up with the family and go out to potty first thing in the morning. When I’m outside, I love to run and play especially with my fur sibling. I hop like a bunny! It’s fun to pounce around and run with sticks in the yard. At night I sleep in my big girl bed with no problems - beauty sleep is important!

I’m still working on totally coming out of my shell - I’ve improved so much, but still need lots of patience. Children are a little too rowdy and having an active household will only stress me out. Loud noises and quick movements can frighten me so I’ll need a calm household. I don’t go for walks yet, I need to gain my confidence before I take that on. I’ll need work on crate training, basic commands, and leash skills. Working on potty training but do best when let out every 2-3 hours.

Adoption requirements:
- Dog sibling REQUIRED, he/she must be playful and well-mannered to help me with my confidence
- No children, I don’t do well with a lot of commotion or sudden movements
- Calm, quiet household  
- Patient family who is willing to work with my timid nature, rescue dog experience is a plus!
