 Hi I’m Ruth! I’m an 9-month-old female Labradoodle! I'm 55 pounds of pure love and lots of energy and have made a big impression with my enthusiasm!

My favorite thing is to play with my fur brother! Even though he’s smaller than me, I always let him win! When I’m not playing, I like to follow my foster mom around the house and rest up for more playtime. When my foster dad throws a toy, I run as fast as I can! Sometimes I slip and slide on the floor, but always bring it back three or four times before I take a break to chew on my toy. 

In the mornings, I like to rise early and go out for a potty break.  My foster mom doesn’t need an alarm clock since I rise with the sun. When my foster parents feed us, I respect my foster brother’s bowl and eat my own food. In the evenings, I like to sit with them on the sofa and give them love.  On the weekends I crawl in bed with anyone who wants to take a nap, but at night I sleep in my crate like a good girl!

I know basic commands like sit, stay, fetch, come, kennel and understand the word no. I’m a big girl and sometimes like to jump up, so I'll need more training in that area. I do listen when my behavior needs to be corrected, even opening my mouth when I find a piece of trash outside. I still need a treat to go into my kennel at night and sometimes cry a little when I first go in. Having the TV on does help fall asleep and my foster parents think they have caught me watching TV too. I’m very much ready to impress my forever family.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
-Yard with a secure fence
-Active family (I have A LOT of energy)
- No children under 6 due to jumping 
-Dog sibling required that’s playful
