Hi there, I’m Puffin. I may only be 14 weeks old and about 5 pounds, but I’ve got a big heart tucked inside this fluffy little poodle-mix body. My coat is soft and white, my eyes are gentle, and I’ve been told I have an innocent face that makes people melt the second they meet me. I’m basically built for cuddles, and I fully support that.

I’m a bright, curious puppy who loves learning new things and picking up routines. I’m playful and happy, but not wild or overwhelming. I like exploring, playing with toys, chewing on bones or sticks, and then curling up for a good nap when I’m all tuckered out. I love being close to my humans and feel safest when I know I’m part of the pack.

My days are pretty simple and sweet. I wake up with my foster mom, play a little with my sister, go outside for fresh air, and then eat breakfast. I get three meals a day, and I’m very food-motivated, especially if there’s something tasty like sweet potato, peanut butter, chicken, or cheese involved. After I eat, I’ll need a potty break right away, and I’m learning fast with gentle guidance.

I take a few naps throughout the day (puppy life is exhausting), and I love a good balance of playtime, rest, and attention. I do great settling down at night, and I sleep quietly in my crate area with my sister until morning.

I’m also well-socialized, sweet with kids, and happiest when I’m surrounded by kindness, routine, and love. I’m still learning leash training, but I’m eager to improve and I respond really well to patience and encouragement.
