My name is Princess, but my foster family calls me Pippa or “Miss Pips,” because honestly… I’m just not very princess-y. I’m a 2-year-old, 50-pound apricot goldendoodle with a serious love for sunshine, adventure, and anything that involves moving my paws. If you’re looking for a hiking buddy, walking partner, or a girl who will happily chase a frisbee or ball until your arm gets tired, you can stop scrolling—I’m the one.

I’m a happy, playful pup who absolutely loves other dogs, especially ones close to my size and energy level. I’m athletic, fast, and a bit of a daredevil, so I’m looking for a family who can keep up and help keep me safe. I can easily clear a short fence, so I’d do best with plenty of space and a very secure yard.

When I’m not on the go, I’m a total sweetheart. I love curling up at your feet or next to you on the couch, giving gentle nudges when I’m ready for pets and scratches. I sleep like an angel at the foot of the bed, and I do well in my kennel when my foster family is away. I don’t love being left alone, but I can handle a couple hours here and there, especially if my doggy siblings are nearby. And if you need a co-pilot for errands, I’m always up for a car ride.

I enjoy a long walk every day and I’m pretty good on leash, though I’m still working on not pulling when I get excited. I’ll go to the back door when I need to potty, and sometimes I’ll even ring the bells to make sure you notice. I’ve also recently mastered the doggy door, and I love being able to come and go like I own the place.

I eat twice a day and I love my food, but I do prefer to eat near my dog friends rather than right beside them, just to make sure nobody tries to steal my meal. I’m very food-motivated and will gladly work for treats—especially if it involves a Greenie or a little cheese.

Overall, I’m a fun-loving, affectionate, active girl with great house manners, a desire to please, and a big personality that’s always ready for the next adventure.

- No apartments or shared walls
- Secure yard with a high fence
- Flexible Schedule
- Patience to continue my manners training.
