Hi, I'm Pancake! I'm a 4-month-old male Doodle mix weighing 25 pounds. I'm a happy, playful pup with lots of love to give, and I'm looking for a forever family to grow up with!

I'm a friendly, playful puppy who loves being part of the fun! I enjoy going on walks and playing with my foster siblings, especially my foster brother Benji. I'd love having another dog to play with in my forever home, but I'd be happy without one, too. I'm a smart little guy and have already learned how to sit! I'd do best with an active family that enjoys walks, playtime, and helping me learn new things.

I'm still figuring out my daily routine, but I love spending my days playing, going on walks, and relaxing between adventures. Since I'm still a puppy, I need frequent potty breaks and plenty of supervision throughout the day. I'm also learning good manners and need time to practice my training. A family with a flexible schedule would be perfect for helping me build good habits as I grow.

I'm still learning all the things that come with being a puppy! I'm working on potty training, crate training, and figuring out which things are okay to chew. I'll need a family who can puppy-proof their home, provide safe chew toys, and patiently teach me the rules. I walk pretty nicely on a leash, although I sometimes get distracted when Benji is around. I'm a fast learner, and with consistency, patience, and lots of encouragement, I know I'll keep making progress!

My front paws turn outward slightly due to something called bilateral carpal valgus. My veterinarian believes this is part of how I'm developing as I grow, and thankfully, my X-rays showed no signs of previous injuries or bone disease! I'm walking, playing, and getting around comfortably with no signs of pain or limping, and surgery isn't recommended at this time.

As I continue to grow, I'll need a family who can help keep me healthy and comfortable. My veterinarian recommends large-breed puppy food, keeping me at a healthy, lean weight, and avoiding high-impact activities that could put extra stress on my front legs. My family will also need to monitor my development as I grow and follow my veterinarian's recommendation to wait until I'm 8–12 months old to be neutered.
