My name is Nova Van, and I am a one-year-old female Mini Goldendoodle who weighs right around 21 pounds of pure energy and charm. I may be small, but I have a whole lot of personality packed into this fluffy little body.

I am the kind of girl who could play all day and still be ready for more, but once I finally wear myself out I become the coziest little snuggler around. I love tug-of-war, puzzles, toys, and anything that keeps my brain busy, and I pick up on things quickly because I am pretty smart and curious. I like to cuddle on my own terms, so I will find my way over to you and press up against you or rest my head on your legs when I am ready for some closeness. I also have a few funny little habits, like spinning in circles when I know a walk is coming and doing my best bunny impression after I go potty. I am confident and social and I just love being part of whatever my people are up to.

My mornings usually start around 8 or 9 and I am a night owl who settles in somewhere between 10 and midnight. I get four or five potty breaks spread through the day plus a longer evening walk once the heat dies down. During the day I nap near my people, but I also need regular bursts of play and mental stimulation to stay happy. When I have not had enough to do I will definitely let you know by getting a little rowdy and zoom-y, so puzzles and interactive play are a big part of keeping me at my best. I do best with someone who has enough flexibility in their schedule to keep me engaged throughout the day.

I am comfortable hanging out in my crate, though I am still getting used to having the door closed, so that is something we can work on together. I walk pretty well on a leash but I might pull a little when I get excited about something. I can also get vocal if I hear other dogs barking nearby. I am a strong chewer and love my toys, so supervised playtime with the right toys is the way to go to keep me safe.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Work from home parent or flexible schedule
- Must be able to provide frequent play, enrichment, and mental stimulation throughout the day
- Must be committed to keeping her physically active through walks, play, and access to a safe space where she can run
- Apartment living is okay as long as her exercise needs are consistently met
- Patience and consistency with continued training
