Nikki‘s Story

Hi, I’m Nikki a 1 year and 7 months old, 14-pound spunky poodle mix. My tail is always wagging because I am so excited and happy! I love to play and wrestle with my foster brother until I am ready for a nap. I am happy to nap in my crate, on the floor, or with you on the couch. Sometimes it takes me a while to warm up to new people but, once I know you I will love you furever. I love my people and love to be close with them. I am happy to follow you around while you work or hang out and keep an eye on you while you cook in the kitchen. If you play with me on the floor I will make sure you have lots of kisses. I am great on a leash and love to go for walks. I do like to say hello to people and pets while on a walk. I have found my voice and I am good at using it to communicate. The dog park is one of my favorite places to go! I am treat driven and already know how to sit. I would love a family to teach me lots of new tricks. I get so excited that I don’t sit for long but I know how to do it. I eat and sleep great. Once I go into my crate for the night I will protest a little and then fall asleep until I get to see you again in the morning. I am working on potty training but, every time I am let out I know to use the potty. I like to be let out often and then I can play outside with my foster brother. I love to protect my family. I would do great with a family with kids or another dog. An active family would be the best for me.

Nikki is fully vaccinated, HW-, sterilized and microchipped.
