Hi! My name is Moon Pie, and I’m an 8-week-old male Goldendoodle mix with a whole lot of puppy packed into one big boy body. I weigh 15 pounds already, so it’s safe to say I’m going to be more than just a lap dog… although I fully intend to try. My foster mom says I’m a total ham because I’ve got a bold, fun personality and the kind of energy that fills up a room fast. I’m always striking cute poses and “cheesing” for the camera like I know exactly how adorable I am.

I’m adventurous, brave, happy, and curious about everything. I love being social and playing with my siblings, and I really thrive when I’m surrounded by others. I’d do best in a home with another dog because I love having a buddy to learn from, wrestle with, and follow around. I’m already working hard on potty training, learning to sit, and getting comfortable sleeping in my crate. I’m a smart little guy and I catch on quickly… I’m just still figuring out which things are my toys and which things humans would rather keep in one piece.

My days start around 7:00 AM with a morning hug, a potty break, and breakfast, then it’s straight into playtime before I crash for a nap. I take my naps seriously. The rest of the day is a perfect cycle of playing, eating, exploring, and napping again. Bedtime is around 9:00 PM, but I still wake up at night for a quick potty break before settling back in.

Even though I’ve got big puppy energy, I’m also a cuddle bug at heart. I love being close to my people, soaking up attention, and feeling like part of the group. I’m looking for a family who understands that I’m still learning and will be patient with me as I grow into the best version of myself. An active home with lots of love, structure, playtime, and a dog sibling would be a dream come true. I’m Moon Pie — big personality, big heart, and ready to share all of my love with my forever family.
