Hey there! I’m Mila, a small but mighty poodle mix weighing in at just 20 pounds, and I’m around 2 years young. I’m on the lookout for my forever family—could it be you?

I absolutely love going for walks and even lead the way when my foster family walks to school! My foster mom is my favorite cuddle buddy, though I share some sweet moments with her two little girls (ages 7 and 5). I get along great with Eugene, the black lab in the house, but playing with my foster mom? Best part of my day.

Here’s a peek into my schedule: I’m up bright and early at 6 AM, ready for a backyard potty break and a refreshing drink of water. Then, it’s breakfast and a school drop-off walk, where I take the lead like the pro I am! Afterward, I get to relax—usually snoozing in my crate or enjoying some playtime with my foster mom. Bathroom breaks are part of my day, and by 8 PM, I’m ready to settle down. Oh, and guess what? I taught myself to ring a bell to let my foster family know when I need to go outside. No one even had to teach me!

A few things I’m working on: I had a couple of potty oopsies when I first got here, but I’ve got it down now! Just be patient with me as I settle into a new space. I also can get a bit vocal if I’m crated and know you’re nearby, but I calm down quickly! As for nail trimming… well, let’s say I’d rather chase a squirrel, and I go wild when I spot one!
