Hi, I’m Maya.

My human says I’m 6 months old, 26-pound Aussiedoodle. I have milk chocolate brown eyes, a boop worthy nose and a smile that will melt your heart!.
I just know I LOVE humans. Big or small, I love them all!!

I also love to play with other doggie friends. I can wrestle, fetch (I’m still working on the “bringing the ball back” part), chase squirrels. I’m super fast, and can out run both my doodle foster sisters. I love a good mud puddle.

I can walk on a leash. I do try to chew on it, but that’s not my fault. I’m teething, but my foster mom says it won’t last long. I also love bones, chew toys, anything I can get ahold of to soothe my gums.

I wasn’t a fan of my crate, and would bark like crazy. Now, I know my humans will be back shortly and let me out again, so I don’t bark as much anymore. I do like to talk to my human a lot though, I have so much to say!

I never have potty accidents. I learned how to use a doggie door to take care of my business.

I get bored easy. My foster mom says that part of me is my “working breed” and it’s natural for my personality. I’m not sure if she thinks I need to get a job, but she’s doing amazing at keeping me entertained. I love that puzzle treat tray. I love when she gives me treats for learning new tricks. I love the different toys with different sounds, I love running in the yard, and I am always up for an adventure. You name it, I’m there! And I promise to try to contain my excitement.

I give the best hugs. They involve my entire body. I lean against my human, wag my stubby tail (which involves wagging my whole caboose, it’s an Aussie thing), and then melt in their lap. Tongue out sideways, smiling so big, and soaking in every minute of my human’s love.

If you are my forever human, I promise to try to be on my bestest behavior until you teach me how to be your companion.
