Hi there! I’m Madison! 🌟I’m a 4-year-old, 55-pound Labradoodle with the most beautiful golden eyes that sparkle like sunshine. My foster mom says they’re my best feature, but my loving heart comes in a close second! I’m a gentle, laid-back girl who adores being outside—whether I’m sniffing around the yard, enjoying a walk, or just soaking up the fresh air. One of my favorite things is carrying around a stuffed animal. Toss one gently for me, and I’ll bring it back to you—I’m super gentle with my toys!

When I’m inside, my crate is my happy place. It’s where I feel safe, and I even sleep there quietly through the night. If you leave me in my crate, I’ll wait patiently for your return without a fuss. I might bark at new people from the safety of my crate to let them know I’m here, but it’s just my way of saying, “I’m still getting to know you.”

My schedule is pretty flexible, so I can adapt to whatever routine works best for you. My mornings usually start early, around 5:00 AM, with a potty break followed by breakfast, but I’m happy to sleep in if you prefer. After breakfast, I’m all about enjoying the outdoors. I love taking long walks with my foster sibling—I’m great on a leash with a harness, though the process of putting it on or taking it off still makes me a little nervous. In the evenings after dinner, I like to lounge and unwind, either outside enjoying the cool breeze or inside relaxing with my family. Around 7:30 PM, I’ll head to my crate to start winding down for bedtime.

I am a bit of a skittish girl, so sudden noises or movements can startle me and send me running to my crate. My foster mom says I warm up slowly, but with patience, I’ll show you my sweet, loving personality. I do well with other dogs but might prefer a calm, older dog as I’m not much into roughhousing. I would thrive in a quiet home with older kids or teens who understand my need for space. A fenced yard is a must for me to explore and play safely, and I’d love a family who can continue helping me build confidence and learn new things.
