Hi, I’m Luna. I am a 2 year old Poodle mix with a soft black curly coat and a heart that feels even bigger than my 38 pound body. I am what you would call a devoted girl. When I love you, I really love you. My favorite place in the whole world is right beside my person, preferably pressed up against you on the couch while you tell me I am a good girl.

My days are easy and happy. I enjoy a morning walk where I can sniff the world and practice my leash manners. I settle nicely while you work and I am always ready for a car ride or a new adventure. When I get excited I do joyful zoomies that will make you laugh every time. I sleep soundly in my crate at night and I am fully potty trained, so I already have a great foundation in all the important things.

I am still learning my basic commands like sit and stay, and I would really thrive with a family who enjoys continuing my training using positive reinforcement and tasty treats. I am eager and capable, I just need consistency and patience to keep building my confidence and skills.

I adore other dogs and do well with cats too, so I would be happy in a home with furry siblings. Because I get so excited and love to jump up for hugs, a home with older children would be best for me. I never mean to knock anyone over, I just get so happy to see you. A family who understands that affection sometimes comes with a little bounce will be perfect for me.

My energy level is moderate, which means I love a good walk and playtime, but I am just as content curling up for a cozy evening in. I do not struggle with separation anxiety, so I can handle you being gone during the day, especially if I have a comfy space to relax in and a routine I can count on.

What I am truly looking for is a patient, loving home that wants a loyal companion for everyday life. If you are searching for a sweet, affectionate best friend who will follow you from room to room and fill your home with warmth, I think we might be meant for each other.
