Hello fans - I’m Ludwig and I know what you’re thinking... I am way more handsome than my namesake Ludwig Van Beethoven - and I have to agree. Nothing’s quite as gorgeous as a 1-year-old 48-lb sheepadoodle. Want to know what else I have in common with that famous composer? I am deaf too - but it didn’t stop him and it doesn’t stop me!

What’s life like for a deaf dog you ask - well, pretty much the same as any other dog, I just have to use my other senses more. My eyesight and sniffing skills are top of the class, just leave a tasty morsel out and I’ll be happy to demonstrate! And when it comes to training, I rely on my eyesight, touch cues, and hand signals to know what to do. My Doodle Rock Angels have lots of info on how to train a hearing impaired dog.

If I had a dating profile it would say, “A lovable and loyal fellow who adores spending quality time with my people - seeking a lifetime commitment!” P.S. - I am currently crushing on Rolling toys - they are just so much fun to play with!
