Hi, I’m Lucas! I’m a 1.5-year-old male Standard Poodle. I am 60 lbs of sheer love and best of all, I don’t shed! Once my hair grows out, I could use some brushing to help prevent mats from my curly locks. Truly though, I'm one of a kind and consider myself to be a lap dog regardless of my size. I'm most definitely not shy about asking for attention!

I’ve been told I’m a very good boy - I can’t disagree! I like playing with other dogs, big or small. If I have a fur sibling they will have to be ready for me to steal all the attention. I also don’t mind being the only fur child. I do well with kiddos of all ages! I don’t like car rides at all - I get nauseous and drool heavily. Sometimes I have a small excited tinkle when someone new comes in the home, so it’s best to greet them outside just in case!

My schedule is potty time at 7/8 AM, then breakfast and relaxation. My potty breaks are scheduled throughout the day, and aside from that you’ll find me lounging with my foster family. I love attention! I’ll even cuddle up in a blanket - adorable isn’t it!? I do like to break up the day by playing with my foster sister, but again, I’d rather just get all your attention! 

I’m about 95% potty trained and do best on a schedule since I’m not sure how to tell you when I have to go. I’m still working on basic commands (I’m a tad stubborn) but I'll get there. Leash skills and crate training are on point! I’m starting to counter-surf a little so I’ll need redirection when that happens.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active family for daily walks and exercise
- Fenced in yard
