Please READ the bio and adoption requirements first to make sure you are a perfect fit BEFORE APPLYING.
Hi there! My name is Lotus, but my foster mom likes to call me "Lolo." I'm a 3-month-old White/Red Goldendoodle, and even though I'm still a puppy, I'm surprisingly calm and mellow. I might belong to the smaller types of Doodles, but my heart is as big as they come. Plus, I'm a Parvo survivor, so you know I'm a fighter!
Being a puppy means I'm naturally curious about everything around me. One of my favorite things to do is explore my foster mom's closet. I often bring out clothes just for fun! It's all part of my playful nature. I enjoy playing with my foster mom more than with other dogs, but I'm always respectful. If mom tells me no, I try my best to listen and stop whatever mischief I'm up to.
I haven't had leash training yet, but that doesn't stop me from loving our walks. I always walk right next to my mom, making sure I stay by her side. My day starts early, around 6:20 AM. After a good stretch, I make my way to wake up my foster mom's daughters with some sweet morning kisses. Then it's breakfast time for me while they get ready for their day.
Potty training is something I'm still working on, but I'm making great progress! I go outside to the backyard every 2-3 hours with my foster mom. Sometimes it takes a bit of patience, but I'm getting better each day. After dinner, I head outside once more to do my business. I’m learning to understand the right times and places to go, even though I'm still young.
Spending time with my foster family is the highlight of my day. I love being around them, and I find playing with my mom much more fun than with other dogs. Shoes and clothes are very tempting to me, but I'm learning not to play with things that aren't mine. When my foster mom says no, I do my best to listen and stop.
Even though I'm still learning the ropes, I'm doing really well with my training. I'm a playful, loving, and sweet little doodle who just wants to find a forever home where I can continue to grow and learn. If you're looking for a calm, curious, and incredibly affectionate companion, I'm your pup!
So, what do you think? Are you ready to make me a part of your family? I promise to shower you with kisses, stay by your side, and be the best little buddy you could ever wish for. Let's start our adventure together!
