Hi! My name is Lois (low-is), but my foster family calls me LoLo. I’m a one-year-old, 11-pound poodle mix with a big heart and an even bigger personality, and I’m searching for my forever family.
I’m pretty proud of myself already. I’m crate trained, potty trained, and I know my basic commands like “sit” and am working on “come.” I’ve been working hard on my leash manners too, and my foster mom says I’m doing great. I’m still learning, but I’m eager to please and love having something new to practice.
I’m a total cuddle bug who adores people. Foster Mom calls me a “sour patch pup” because I’m mostly sweet with just a tiny splash of mischief. I’m still figuring out what’s a toy and what’s not (socks are very suspiciously fun), and I’ll admit I try to taste-test anything I find on the floor. I’d do best in a home that keeps tempting little things out of reach.
I can happily relax and snuggle, but I also have lots of playful energy. Squeaky toys are my absolute favorite, and I enjoy playing fetch—even if I’m still learning how to share toys and attention. I love following my foster mom from room to room, and sometimes I let her know I miss her if she steps away.
Because I’m still young and curious, I’d thrive with someone who’s home often, like a work-from-home human, who can keep an eye on me and help me continue learning about the world.
Even with my silly puppy habits, I’m truly the sweetest girl. I just want to love deeply, be close to my people, and feel safe and cherished.
