🐾 Hi! I’m Link, and like my Legends of Zelda namesake I’m on a Quest for a Forever Home! 🐾

I’m an 8-year-old, 65lb Labradoodle with a big heart and an even bigger love for my people. I’m curious about everything, always up for an adventure, and when I get really excited, I grab my favorite stuffed toy and proudly carry it around like a prize!

I’m the ultimate loyal companion—wherever you go, I want to be right there with you. I absolutely love kids (especially the bigger ones who don’t mind a few enthusiastic kisses!). I can be a little shy at first when meeting new adults, but I warm up quickly with some gentle encouragement. I’m great with other dogs, quiet around the house, and super snuggly. Oh, and one more thing—I love water! Give me a bath, a pool, or even just a hose, and I’m the happiest pup around!

My routine starts with a backyard romp and a tasty breakfast around 7 AM. Then, it’s time for my important duties—watching the world through the window, taking naps, having a walk and keeping my foster mom company. But the best part of my day? When the kids come home! I get all the snuggles and love and then after dinner, I cuddle up with my foster sister while she reads until it’s time for a snooze in my crate.

I already know some commands, but I’m still working on a few things. Leash manners? Getting there! (It’s just that squirrels are so tempting.) I also get a little too excited at the door and might try to rush outside when it opens. I’m a smart boy, though, and with a little patience and training, I’ll be the perfect pup for you!

If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy, water-loving, and snuggly best friend, I’m ready to start this adventure with you!

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Active family with children, preferably older than 6
- Fenced in Yard
- Flexible Schedule or work from home parent
- Patience for training on leash and door manners
- Access to water (pool, lake, backyard sprinkler fun)
