Hi, I’m Leia—yes, like Princess Leia, and I promise I live up to the name. I may not come from a galaxy far, far away, but I am a real-life princess looking for my happily-ever-after. I’m a 2-year-old Goldendoodle, about 45 pounds of soft curls, sweet eyes, and gentle heart. I’m ready for a family who sees me for the loyal, loving companion I am.
I’m a certified cuddlebug who thinks couch time is the best time. I absolutely adore kids—I'm gentle, calm, and I keep all four paws on the ground, even when they’re zooming around. I’m curious about cats… I’m still trying to figure them out, but I try to be gentle.

Outside, I can be a little shy at first, but once I feel safe, my playful side shines through. I love happy zoomies, sniffy strolls, and a silly game of fetch—just enough to get the wiggles out before I settle back into cuddle mode. I’m an indoor girl at heart. I was left outside before, and it wasn’t fun. Now, I prefer backyard breaks only if my person is with me. I’m working hard on house training (with just the occasional oops), and I’m learning that my crate is a safe, cozy space. I still need a little encouragement at the door, but once I’m in, I settle in just fine.

I dream of a home with slow mornings, movie nights, patient people, and lots of love. My perfect day? Morning potty with my human, a good breakfast, and a relaxed walk to sniff the world. I’ll nap while you work, and I’ll be ready for gentle playtime and snuggles when you're home. I sleep through the night and thrive with a steady routine.

I’m still learning a few things—like not sneaking human food (it smells so good!) and how to be the best listener. I’m smart, I just need someone to teach me. I’m also still learning to trust. I’ve been through a lot, and I need a kind, patient family to help me feel safe and loved.
