Hi, my name is Kru. I’m a 60-pound doodle with soft, curly gray fur and a gentle, playful spirit. I’m around one to two years old—past the puppy stage but still full of fun.

I can be a little shy at first, but once I warm up, I’ll happily follow you around and soak up every bit of affection you offer. I love finding the coolest spot in the room to stretch out, running around the yard, chasing squirrels, squeaking toys and going on walks to show off. I get along wonderfully with people and dogs, and while a dog sibling would boost my confidence, I’m just as content with a loving family all to myself. I’m an easygoing patio buddy and a calm car rider, always ready to enjoy the day by your side.

My ideal day starts when your alarm goes off—I like to sleep quietly in your room, and once you’re awake, I gently hop onto the bed for some good belly scratches and some love. Then it’s time for a potty break, breakfast, and settling into the day. At home, I’m a calm, easy companion and go into my kennel when you leave. Evenings are my favorite: a little backyard zooming, dinner between five and six, a bit of play, and then relaxing with you. One last potty break before bed, and I’m set for the night.

I’m brushing up on my basic commands, and I’m catching on fast. Sit is nearly perfect, and shake is well on its way. If you’re looking for a sweet, steady companion who fits right in and quietly steals your heart, I just might be your guy.
