I’m Kevin, a 1.5-year-old male poodle mix, weighing about 35 lbs. I’m a happy and playful pup who loves to follow my foster mom everywhere and enjoy a good game of fetch with my ball or toys. I get along great with my foster siblings, too!

At first, I was a bit unsure of my foster dad and barked at him for the first few days, but I quickly learned he’s part of the family. I can be cautious around strangers and other dogs, so I might bark at first, but once properly introduced, I settle down nicely. When it comes to snuggling, I’m an expert – I love curling up by my foster mom’s feet and watching TV, and I definitely enjoy my share of hugs and scratches.

I can get a little anxious when bigger men approach or stand near me, but I calm down with a few treats and pats. Speaking of treats – I LOVE them!

My routine is simple: I wake up around 7 a.m. to do my business outside and then have breakfast. After that, I patiently wait for my favorite part of the day – my walk! I help drop my foster brother off at school and then get to stroll through the park. Once we’re back, I hang out next to my foster mom while she works. Lunchtime is at 1 p.m., followed by another potty break. In the evenings, I help pick up my foster brother from school, and we play together with my ball and toys. Dinner is at 7:30 p.m., and I go for a night walk at 9 p.m. After that, I’m ready to snooze and settle down in my doggy bed by 10 p.m.

I’m still working on my leash manners and can bark at other dogs or people while we’re out walking, but when it’s quiet, I’m well-behaved.
