Hi, I’m Jovie, and my name fits me perfectly because I truly love life. I’m a bright, happy 3-year-old poodle mix with a big heart and an even bigger love for my people. At around 41 pounds, I’m the perfect size for adventures and cuddles. I wake up every morning excited to see my family again and make it my mission to spread joy wherever I go. Whether I’m helping with work by offering snuggles, playing fetch in the backyard with the kids, or joining Mom for a walk, I’m happiest when I’m spending time with the people I love.

I’m a loyal, playful girl who learns new words and commands quickly because making my humans happy brings me so much joy. I love affection and will gently nudge you if I think it’s been a little too long since our last petting session. In the evenings, I happily supervise dinner cleanup, then settle in for one of my favorite activities—playing fetch while everyone relaxes together. Bedtime pets are the perfect ending to my day.

I’m still working on a few things, though. Sometimes I get so excited to meet friendly people that I forget my manners and jump up to say hello. I can also come on a little strong when meeting new dog friends because I’m eager to play right away. With guidance and patience, I’m learning that not everyone shares my enthusiasm from the start. If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion with a joyful spirit and lots of love to give, I just might be your girl.
