Meet Jax, a spirited nearly 3-year-old male Bernedoodle weighing 46 pounds. Bursting with energy and affection, I'm a bundle of joy who adores playtime with both humans and fellow canines. Although I'm a non-shedding breed, my enthusiasm for life is boundless. You'll often find me eagerly embracing new adventures, whether it's a leisurely stroll, a thrilling car ride, or the ultimate excitement of a visit to the dog park!

I thrive in an active household but can also entertain myself with toys if things quiet down. While I'm still learning the ropes, I've mastered basic commands like "crate," "sit," "wait," and "eat." Although I may bark at unfamiliar sounds, rest assured, it's all bark and no bite!

My daily routine is fairly predictable. I rise around 7:30 to 8:00 a.m., eager for a morning potty break followed by a hearty breakfast. Whether engaging in spirited play with my foster sibling or entertaining myself with toys, I'm always up for some fun. When my foster mom is home, I alternate between playful antics and blissful nap sessions. On days when she's away, I patiently wait in my crate until she returns. Evenings are reserved for leisurely walks or invigorating play sessions, capped off with a cozy cuddle on the couch before bedtime around 10:30 p.m. While I currently sleep in my crate, I'm gradually adjusting to the idea of nighttime freedom.

As for my quirks, I have a penchant for water and a curious nose that insists on exploring every scent during walks. A gentle leader helps keep me in check, as I'm still learning to gauge my own strength. Just keep an eye on me around water sources and monitor my intake to prevent accidents indoors. With a bit more training and lots of love, I'm sure to become the perfect companion for any adventure!
