Jaxx‘s Story

I’m Jaxx. I’m a 10 month old, 53-pound Labradoodle that’s athletic and a partier. I LOVE exercise, play, and people. My foster mom says I'm not only handsome, but I have good manners too. I can jump 30” dog gates with nothing but air but I don’t jump on people. What I really like is a good tennis ball. My ideal home would be an active family with another playful dog and live next to a tennis court so I could have an endless supply of tennis balls.

I love car rides and my foster mom is teaching me to watch my language, apparently it’s not polite to bark at teachers in the car line when they have an umbrella in a rainstorm. What can I say, the thunder didn’t bother me but that umbrella looked scary.

My foster mom says I’ve probably had some training in the past because I don’t bolt out the door but like to hang around. My foster mom put an Easy Walk harness on me and she says I’m a dream to walk now. She says I could use a refresher obedience course and gosh I’m a fast learner so I would love to earn my diploma and show off for you.

I’m slowly learning to focus less on a tennis ball and more on snuggles. I sleep well in my crate in the evening after I’ve had good exercise and playtime, though I’m not a fan of staying in there alone during the day so if you work from home we could be best buds. I’m slowly learning to focus less on a tennis ball and more on snuggles.

If you like to run and play, let’s chat because we could be best friends as I can’t wait to go on more adventures.

Jaxx is fully vaccinated, HW-, sterilized and microchipped.
