Hi there! My name is Huxley, and I'm a year-and-a-half-old male doodle mix weighing in at around 35 pounds. I'm a silly boy who loves to cuddle, play with toys, and give you the best "puppy dog eyes" to melt your heart.

I love chasing and being chased by my furry foster siblings, but I always respect the older ones. With a gentle demeanor, I know basic commands like "sit" and am quick to respond. My foster mom says I remind her of a Raggedy Andy doll because of my floppy, endearing nature. I'm not possessive over my toys or food, and I enjoy sharing. At night, I sleep in my gated space, heading there on my own when it's bedtime. Although I'm happy to be crated, it's not always necessary—a treat will do the trick if needed. I adore attention, pets, and the occasional zoomie, and I love playing fetch, tug-of-war, and chewing on sticks.

I wake up with my human and enjoy hanging out while she works from home. If she leaves, I usually nap by the door until she returns. For longer absences, I'm content in my gated space where I just chill.

I'm mostly house-trained, with only a couple of accidents here and there. I did mark a few spots when I first arrived, but I don't do that anymore. My leash skills still need some work as I get excited and want to smell everything on walks, but I'm improving every day.
