Hello, world! I’m Hutch, a 6-month-old black Standard Poodle with a heart as big as my paws and a chill, easygoing vibe. I’m proud to say I’m the bestest boy ever (I hear it every day, so it must be true)! For a puppy, I’m super mellow—don’t get me wrong, I love to play with my doodle buddies here at my foster home, but my absolute favorite spot? Right at my foster dad’s feet, keeping him company and soaking up the love!

When we go out, I’m a total people-watcher. I’ll lay down and quietly take it all in, impressing everyone with my sweet, calm energy. I’ve got so much love to give and can’t wait to share it with a family of my own.

Now, my two favorite times of the day? BREAKFAST and DINNER! I get so excited for mealtime that I’ll “talk” while my food’s being prepped—my foster family says it’s too cute for words. And I’ve got my potty routine down to a science! First thing in the morning, I go outside, and then…you guessed it…breakfast time! At night, I sleep soundly but sometimes wake up to go out, and then I’m right back in, dreaming of my morning meal.

I’m working hard on “sit” and “down,” and I’m getting pretty good at it—unless I’m super excited, in which case, all bets are off! But I try my best and am always eager to learn.
