Hi! My name is Hogun and I’m a young, 2 year old, 12lb Miniature Poodle boy! I am the happiest and sweetest boy around ever since I came to Doodle Rock Rescue! I simply LOVE my new life and can’t wait to meet my new forever family!
I am active, smart and still act like a silly puppy at times and then, I’m out for a nap. I love to explore and find anything new to me so I will need your advice on what is allowed – don’t worry - I am a quick learner and treat motivated, so it will be fun. I aim to please and love your attention. I discovered I like playing with squeaky toys and will spread them all over so at least one squeaky is nearby at all times. Walks? I walk like a pro on a leash – you will be happy to take walks with me. Sometimes a new thing will scare me so I simply need reassurance to gain more confidence and then I’m fine. I love food and use a slow-feeder bowl to eat alone so I know it’s all mine. I’m great in the car especially in a crate so I feel safe
Every day begins about 6-7am with a potty break and then breakfast. I am fully potty trained – not a single accident – I just need to get better at telling you when I need to go. I will do great on a consistent potty schedule. I sleep like a good boy in my crate all night – I just need a small nudge to go inside the crate. I have learned basic commands quickly and would love to learn more going forward. I am such a happy boy and I get so excited and I just want your attention! I love to snuggle, hug and give tiny kisses, too. I get along great with other friendly dogs and cats – given proper introductions and I will bark when others are barking. I am playful, respectful and really want a buddy to be best buds with!
