Hi! My name is Hally, and I’m a 2 year old, 47 pound Poodle mix with a big heart and so much love to give. I’m an affectionate, happy girl who has never met a stranger, and I can’t wait to find a forever family of my own.

If you’re looking for a dog who wants to be part of everything you do, I might be your girl. I love being close to my people and am happiest right by my foster’s side, or at least somewhere I can keep an eye on them. I’m a true velcro dog who will happily soak up all the pets, belly rubs, and hugs you’re willing to give.

I have been so brave, and I’m currently recovering from heartworm disease. I’ve received all of my treatments, and now I’m on mandatory rest with no exercise for the next four weeks. I’ll need a loving family who is willing to take things slow and help me through my recovery. Thankfully, the hardest part is over! Now it’s time for lots of snuggles, cozy naps, and taking it easy while I get stronger.

I have a silly, playful side too. I prance when I’m happy, get little bursts of energy, and know how to sit for treats. Salmon treats are a favorite, and a little shredded cheese on special occasions is definitely the way to my heart.

Most days, I’m pretty easygoing. I love starting my morning outside in the sunshine, followed by breakfast and a neighborhood stroll. After that, I’m perfectly happy lounging near my person until it’s time for our next little adventure.

My ideal family would have someone who works from home or has a flexible schedule since being with my people is where I’m happiest. I could do well in a larger apartment with easy access to outdoor space, but I would especially love having some grass nearby where I can sniff, explore, and roll around. New places can make me a little nervous at first, but with some reassurance and encouragement, I settle in and am ready to go.

If you’re looking for an affectionate, social girl who will happily follow you through life with a smile on her face, I just might be the one you’ve been waiting for.

- Work remote parent preferred, or parent with flexible schedule
- Help with recovery and rest from heartworm treatment
- Yard access recommended
