Griffin‘s Story

❤️Griffin is Available❤️

Please READ the bio and adoption requirements first to make sure you are a perfect fit BEFORE APPLYING.

Hi, I'm Griffin! I’m a 1 year old, Male Shih Tzu mix. I’m very tiny — weighing only about 10lbs!

I’m a very chill but I do enjoy playing with my chew toys and plushies! If you have the time, I love playing fetch with my squeaky toys, but otherwise I’m very good about occupying myself. I’m absolutely fearless, not even the vacuum scares me! My favorite spot is on the couch right next to you while you watch TV. I love a good belly scratch too. I like car rides and looking out the window. I’m also a good listener, if I’m doing something wrong, just tell me “no” and I’ll almost never try it again!

Every morning I wake up and go for my morning walk. And then I come home to breakfast. I play quietly with my toys and take naps while my foster family works from home. Around noon I get super excited for my afternoon walk. Sometimes we even go to the dog park, where I get my zoomies out! I have dinner at 5PM and then we go for my evening walk. At night I sleep in my crate. I’m quiet so don’t worry about me waking you up at night!

I’m still working on leash training. I’m usually good, but when I see another dog or a rabbit, I get very excited. I like marking on my walks, but I’ve been getting better about that too!

- Flexible work schedule
- Active family
- Another small dog sibling would be nice, but not required

If you meet all of the requirements and live within 350 miles of Dallas/Fort Worth, TX, please apply at
