Hi! I’m George Washington, an active young Doodle Mix with a heart of gold. I had rough patch before Doodle Rock saved me. Since then, I’ve been enjoying the good life and found I’m a great cuddle partner.

I’m a playful pup who gets along with everyone. I don’t have to be the alpha dog in the room, but I do love cuddle time with my people, as well as frolicking with other pups both big and small. I do best with children 6 years and older, just due to my size.

I’m not overly hyper but I’m not a lazy pup either. I find an even balance of to playtime and chill time. I’m putting on weight now that someone feeds me and loves me and I like to snuggle and love them in return. My routine is pretty simple. I sleep all night, then go outside and take care of my business and back inside for breakfast, then nap, then play, and repeat till bedtime. I make friends with other dogs quickly but it takes a little while for me to get used to new humans.

I’m still working on being potty trained but I’ve made great progress so far. I walk well on a leash but I’m still working on basic commands. I am pretty smart so I pick up on things at a decent pace. I don’t think finishing off my training will be too hard for you. I have a medium energy level. I’m a little vocal when someone is at the door or strangers are around but otherwise, I’m pretty calm.

-A dog sibling of same age/size/energy
-No children under age 6
-Active family
