Hello there! My name is Finley - some people call me Mr Finley or Fin. I am a 1.5 year old poodle boy and have grown to be about 50 lbs 🐩 I’m looking for a new family who loves to play fetch and will give me lots of pets. I hope we can be friends!

My foster mom tells me I’m full of spunky poodle energy 😄💥Long walks around our neighborhood with my foster brother are super fun but ESPECIALLY playing ball. Any kind of ball is the best! 🎾⚽️🏈⚾️ when I’m not showing off my super speed or chewing on my favorite bone, I love to snuggle and lounge around the house. Going for car rides is really fun too!! I like to think I’m super smart 🤓 people are always complimenting my soft teddy bear coat. It’s been super-duper curly my whole life - my foster mom says we need to brush it a lot to keep it looking nice! Sometimes I can be picky about my snack choices but I’ve landed on a few favorites 👀🍴

We usually start our day between 6-7am. I get to check our neighborhood on our morning walk with my foster brother. Then I like to get my energy out with some fetch and helping my foster mom get ready for work 😌👔💼 I get to eat breakfast before going to take a long nap. We get to scope out a different part of the area at lunch - I love our pack walks! 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦🐶🏃🏻‍♂️I lounge around, waiting until I can play or go for a walk again when my foster mom is done working. We get to play for a while in the evening before I eat dinner! By that time I’m ready for bed 😴😴I’ve been a really good boy sleeping in my crate at night.

I’m still learning how to explore the world around me - everything is so new and exciting. I would love a family to help show me how to be the best boy and give me good boundaries, routine and structure (even though I think I don’t need it sometimes 😉). My foster mom has showed me when it’s okay to use my mouth to play with toys and wrestle with friends, but sometimes I forget 🤪🙈 I get pretty excited when we get ready to go for a walk and I like to make my opinion known when I have something to say! I promise I’m trying my best and will get the hang of this whole good boy thing soon.

- Active family
- No Apartments or shared walls
- Fenced in Yard
- Patience for Training (working on some mouthiness and jumping)
- Commitment to grooming maintenance
