Hi! My name is Filet, you can also call me Boots because I have pretty white front paws! I’m an 11 week old female poodle mix and I weigh 10 pounds. I like long play sessions in the backyard, snuggles with my sibling, and chewing on toys. I don’t shed at all and I’m super smart! I’ve already mastered the dog door and take myself out when I need to potty. I’m super spunky and very playful!

My day starts between 6:30 and 7:00 am, I go right outside and potty then play with my sister until breakfast around 8:00. My mornings consist of frolicking and playing with my sister and my afternoons consist of naps and snuggles. Around 5:30 I go outside and play with the other dogs while my foster family makes dinner. After dinner around 7:00 I play hard some more outside until bed time between 9:30 and 10:00 pm. I sleep in a crate with my sister and usually need to go out again around 5:00 am but then I’ll go right back to sleep in the crate until you’re ready to get up!

I’m still working on learning what is and isn’t a chew toy. I also need to be supervised during meals to make sure I don’t eat the adult dogs food. I might be small but I am mighty! I can go toe to toe with the big dogs. I’m too little to go on walks so I’ve never been on a leash, I’ve also never been around children but I suspect I will like them.

I would love a family with another dog around my size or a little bigger that matches my energy level! I think I would like a family with a couple older kids that could maybe take me on walks and teach me tricks. Oh and a backyard too! I don’t love my crate so I’d love a home where I can be out and about during the day.

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
- Must have another dog sibling but no alpha females (I will probably want to be in charge)
- No children under age 8 due to puppy teething
- Active family

Filet has received age appropriate shots and microchip. HW-. Sterilization to be completed at 6 months and covered by DRR
