Hi, I’m Fila, and I may be one of the more petite boys in Matcha’s litter, but don’t let my size fool you. I’m sturdy, confident, and carry myself like a pup who knows exactly who he is. My smooth, short coat is easy to maintain, and my bright, curious eyes are always watching what’s going on around me. I love attention and warmth, and after a good play session, I’m happiest curled up in a lap or snuggled close on the couch.

I have a gentle, people-loving nature and a curious mind to match. I enjoy figuring things out, especially when treats are involved, and I’ve already shown off my smarts by working out a treat-dispensing toy. I’m alert and engaged, but I also know how to settle and enjoy quiet moments, making me a comforting little companion who likes to stay close to his people.

My days follow a steady routine built around four meals at 8am, 12pm, 4pm, and 8pm. Between meals, I rotate between playtime, exploring my world, and long puppy naps to recharge. I spend lots of time with my littermates and foster family, which is helping me build great social skills. I’m still young, so my schedule will change as I grow, but right now consistency helps me feel safe and confident.

I’m part of a litter that has already started learning how to use pee pads, which is a pretty big accomplishment at my age. That said, I’ll still need all the usual puppy training in my forever home, including housebreaking, crate training, and learning new routines. I’m eager to learn and do best with gentle guidance, patience, and positive reinforcement. With time and love, I’m going to grow into a loyal, sweet, and steady companion.
