Hi, I’m Delilah! I’m a 2-year-old, 40-pound doodle with a big personality and an even bigger heart. My favorite things in the world are snuggling with my people, playing with my dog friends, and making everyone laugh with my goofy antics. I’m incredibly loving and happiest when I’m close to my family. If you’re looking for a loyal shadow who wants to be involved in everything you do, I’m your girl.

My days are filled with a little bit of everything I love. I start each morning with a potty break, breakfast, and some playtime with my doodle siblings before settling in for a cozy nap.

In the afternoons, you’ll usually find me zooming around the backyard, soaking up the sunshine, or playing with my canine friends. I enjoy having access to a doggie door so I can come and go as needed, and I love ending my day with more family time before curling up on a comfy dog bed for the night.

I’m still working on a few things as I continue building my confidence. I can get anxious when left alone and sometimes have accidents when my family is away, so I’ll need a patient adopter who can help me continue my potty training and work through my separation anxiety.

Storms aren’t my favorite either, but having my people and dog friends nearby helps me feel safe. I walk nicely on a leash and am eager to keep learning with the right guidance and consistency.
Because I thrive on companionship, I’m looking for a home with a friendly female dog sibling, a securely fenced yard, and an active family who will include me in their daily adventures. A work-from-home adopter or someone with a flexible schedule would be ideal since I do best when I’m not left alone for long periods. Apartments aren’t the right fit for me, but if you have patience, love, and room in your heart for a sweet, silly doodle, I promise to love you forever.
