Cookie‘s Story

Hi! My name is Cookie and I am a very happy girl! I am a 17-month-old, 60-pound Goldendoodle, I love getting attention and being played with. I don't have very good manners, but my sweetness more that makes up for that. I am learning to not jump and not to be mouthy. I don't have a mean bone in my body, I just want to make sure you know I am waiting for some lovin. My foster mom says we are working on my basic skills, but I think she is really playing with me!
I am potty trained and crate trained, although I really don't like having to go in my crate. I don't chew things I'm not supposed, so I think I could stay out of the crate, if someone would just give me a chance! We are also working on leash training...everything is so new and exciting, its hard to stay calm when we're on a walk. I think I'll get the hang of it, though. I do get a little timid every now and then, when I'm not sure about something or a someone new. But I warm up quickly. And I have a big bark, too.

I am looking for a home with a human that is there most of the time, a work from home human or stay at home Mom or Dad. I like kids, but because of my exuberance it would probably be best if they aren't too little. I also do great with other dogs, but would be ok as an only pup, too. I'm not sure what cats are? Would they play with me?

Cookie is fully vaccinated, HW-, sterilized and microchipped.
