Hi DRR friends! I’m Clifton, but my foster mom calls me Tigger because I love to bounce, bounce, bounce! I’m a 2–4-year-old, 11-pound cutie with a big heart and an even bigger personality. When I was found as a stray, I was covered in 4 pounds of matted fur—yikes! But now I’m a dashing short-haired gentleman, and my soft curls are starting to come back in. No shedding so far, just snuggles and style!

I’m a happy, loyal little guy who LOVES attention—can you blame me? I didn’t have much of it before. I’m still learning that people won’t leave me, so I like to stick close (like Velcro close). I get along fine with my foster dog siblings, but humans are my favorite. I have bursts of playful energy in the morning and evening and love to play fetch—it’s seriously the best thing ever! Stuffed toys and bully bites? Yes, please!

I start my day around 6:30 a.m. with a potty break (only if my humans come too!), followed by breakfast and another trip outside. I go out a few times during the day, enjoy a walk, and have dinner at 6 p.m. Bedtime is around 10 p.m., usually curled up next to one of my humans. I’m not a fan of the crate, but I’ll sometimes explore it if the door’s open.

’m still working on giving sweet licks instead of little playful nibbles—I'm getting the hang of it! I’ve also made big strides with my potty routine, but hey, accidents can happen. With a little patience and a lot of love (and a playful pup sibling!), I’ll keep getting better every day. I can’t wait to find my forever person to bounce through life with!

Adoption Requirements:
- Another dog is great but not required
- No children under age 6 since I’m still mouthy. I don’t bite but like to grab those toys and could hurt little ones
- Active family to walk and play fetch
- No Apartments or shared walls
- Flexible Schedule
- Patience for continuing positive behavior
