Hello! My name is Chico! I’m a 1-year-old male poodle mix and weigh 20 lbs of sweetness. I’m a spunky pup with lots of love to give - best of all no shedding!

I love hanging out with my foster family and fur siblings all day long. Going on walks, running around the yard or even just chilling out watching TV are a few of my favorite things. Being near my foster mom is the best - she calls me her little shadow. I have lots of energy, so running around the yard with my fur sister is great for releasing the zoomies. I love to play play play so a dog sibling would be great! Chewing on my toys is also great, but if kiddos were around I’d play with them - I’m great with all ages!

I wake up around 7am to my eat breakfast then start the day with play time. I play with my fur siblings which then leads to a nap. On nice days I like to sit out back and catch some rays and relax. I do go on a walk in the late afternoon and work up an appetite by 6pm. At night I sleep all night in my crate like the good boy that I am.

I’m still working on my manners, basic commands, and potty training - each day I get better! Having a doggie door helps limit accidents. I’m still a young pup, so I need a family who will continue to train me and be patient. I have a history of running out open doors and escaping, so children must be mindful of exiting doors and not leaving them open. I’m such a good boy in my crate and excel at walking on my leash!

Here’s what I’m looking for:
- Fenced in yard to continue potty training 
- Dog sibling preferred (not required). He/she must be 20+ pounds. 
- Active family to help release my energy
