Hi! My name is Champ! I am a 2-month-old, 7 pound Goldendoodle puppy! I came to DRR in critical condition with parvo, but now I’m strong, healthier than ever, and ready for my forever family! I do shed slightly, but it hasn’t caused any allergies for my foster mom.

I have a fun and playful personality and love to explore! I played great with my litter mates, but do also enjoy my toys as well. If I had a dog sibling, I’d love one who is playful like me to release my puppy energy. I’m always looking for someone to play with so kids are great but they have to make sure they don’t step on me. I’m always right next to my humans (at their feet) so watch out for me!

In the morning I have my breakfast and go potty right afterward. I love playing outside and chasing the kids or even playing in a big pile of leaves. After a morning of play, an afternoon nap is a must. Dinner time is always quick so I can get back to paying or chasing a few leaves or discovering new talents like fetch.

I’m a growing boy who still needs to finish my vaccinations so I can begin to socialize with other doggies. Potty training is going well, but since I’m a puppy, I’ll need more work on this. I really dislike my crate, but will eventually settle down. I’ll need more work on crate training. My basic commands are a work in progress and I’ll also need help on a leash while going for walks. Hey, I’m just a baby after all! 🥰

Here’s what I’m looking for:
- Fenced yard or play area nearby
- I love kiddos but they MUST be careful with me. I’m so small and always at your feet. 
- Stay-at-home parent(s) to continue puppy/potty training
- Active family to keep up with my playful energy

Champ has received age appropriate shots and microchip. HW-. Sterilization to be completed at 6 months and covered by DRR
