Carly‘s Story

Carly is a 3.5-year-old, 43-pound Goldendoodle. She acts and looks just like she’s a six months old puppy. Carly knows how to come, sit and is a HUGE cuddler! She is potty trained but working on her indoor manners. She will eat any food left unattended without feeling a bit bad about it. Ha. She jumps to greet you when you come home but can easily learn that this is not an acceptable behavior. Once the excitement has worn off, she is calm and happy to follow you around or cuddle on the couch. Carly has learned to use the doggy door but never had accidents in the house before she learned. She is fine alone for 6-8 hours a day not confined to a crate as she isn’t destructive and happy with toys and a comfy spot to nap while you are away. She is an alert dog but doesn’t bark for long once she knows everything is fine. Carly has lived with 3 other dogs and a cat for the last couple weeks and done very well with them, seeing as she was the only dog in her first home. She has not been around kids but loves all other humans she’s been introduced to immediately. She has overcome an ear infection but otherwise is in perfect health. Carly is medium curly and SO, SO soft. She will need regular grooming to keep her hair clean, fluffy and her ears healthy. Carly can’t wait to find her perfect forever home!
