Howdy, y’all! My name is Calypso, but my foster family calls me Pepper — a sweet name for a sweet girl with just a little bit of sass. I’m a 1-year-old Sheepadoodle, about 50 pounds of love, fluff, and gentle tail wags.

My favorite days are the simple ones — running around the yard with my dog friends, chasing my ball, and finding the perfect patch of shade to flop down in. I’m happiest when I’m outside soaking up the sunshine, but I also love following my humans around the house, just to make sure I don’t miss a moment. Wherever you are, that’s where I want to be.

I’m a laid-back girl who loves routine. I sleep peacefully in my crate at night (I even know how to go in on command — fancy, right?), and while I love sharing space with other dogs, I do prefer to enjoy my meals alone so I can take my time and savor every bite.

I’ll be honest — new people can still make me a little nervous. But with kindness and patience, I warm up, and once I do, I’m loyal and loving through and through. Dogs like me don’t come with all the answers — but we come with endless potential. If you’re an experienced dog owner who understands that love sometimes looks like quiet patience and small wins, I promise you: the bond we build will be like nothing else.

- Preferably have another dog sibling
- No children under age 10
- Fenced-in Yard (Fence needs to be above 6ft)
- Flexible Schedule
- Patience for Training
- Plenty of time to spend outside
